De-Stress!

I found a great way to de-stress and relieve myself of daily chores. DANCING. It's not just for professionals, or those with rhythm. Anyone can do it. When you focus on moving your body you just forget everything around you. I've loved dancing since I was a kid. All those home videos include at least one part with me dancing around. Last night I got this DVD instructional from the movie "B2K You Got Served" and I learned some pretty good techniques. The moment I stepped, I just forgot everything around me that I even decided to turn my cell phone off.
Try it people, it's not just yoga that gives you a peace of mind.

A lot of people, including me, are still looking for such thing! Well I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT IT'S NOT DANCING FOR ME:P, well it's not good for humanity if I dance :P

ana 3indy lik advice, turn on some loud music and just move freely hehe, wallah that would release all the tension and stress...I used to do it ayam il jam3a hehe :D
heheheheheh, Thanks for the advice! I'll try doing it! BTW, a7is ena the most "DE-STRESSING" songs are the Indian movies video clips! It has some wild and outrageous moves that makes you release the stress monster within! :P faa 6a7oola tompayree sadekooo tompyarey sadekeeee :P
LooooooooooL! indian moves are totally outrageous...i think i pulled a muscle once trying to do one of their moves hehe :P
