Just to Get it Out of the Way

Did MSN Messenger become a major form of communication?
I've gotten over the rudeness of some people who used text messaging to give their condolences or congratulations. But what I can't understand is, why some close friends of mine have chosen msn messenger to be our primary communication. If I don't reply to their message, I'd be the one to blame since I'm not keeping in touch. I know I have their phone numbers and I call them up whenever I can. Surprisingly enough, when I don't join MSN for a week or more, because I've been traveling, or just because I'm not in the mood, and then join later, a message box pops from them asking where are you? where have you been? I missed you. Seriously? The last time I checked my phone was working.
I got a friend whom I've not been in touch with for a long time. I got busy and she got busy. But I felt the urge to call her a few weeks ago, to tell her how sorry I am for not calling her, and she was totally cool with it, because we both know that no matter how long we stop talking, we'll still be on great terms. That's one friend I can't afford to lose.
I don't care how many times I have to talk to my friends to show them I care, or vise versa, I care about the actions they take. As much as I tried being the bigger person, it's really exhausting me and I proudly say it, it's their loss!

Heeeey McReemy, Sorry for not replying to your posts, i've been so busy that I haven't checked my email for few days! Anyways, Well what you say is sooo true and a lot of people started to make "SHARHA's :P" because of not joining the messenger! Well, my solution for that problem is simply saying "GET LOOSSSTTT" to them cause if someone cares enough or wanted to make sharaha :P per se they would've called or so. Then the Sharha would become valid :P. Also, It's true, it's not your loss, IT'S THEIR'S, BIG TIME :). Later
